We kindly request you to adhere to the necessary regulations and codes of practice to curb the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) as per the directives and measures applied across the Sultanate’s airports, and to follow the official account of the Ministry of Health – Sultanate of Oman for the latest updates in this regard.
Duqm Airport is located 14km away from Duqm. It is easily reachable from the south of Duqm via Sultan Qaboos Road, left from the Airport roundabout.
Car parking
Parking is available for all airport users, whether you are travelling by yourself, picking up or dropping off passengers, or visiting the airport for business.
Car Hire
Duqm Airport provides its passengers with a number of car rental options. Vehicles can be hired from one of the various car rental counters located at the landside in the PTB.
Hotel Buses
Many hotels and tour operators provide buses to and from the Airport for their guests. Arriving passengers are met at the arrivals landside dedicated area, after collecting baggage and clearing customs.
Please arrange for Hotel buses directly with your hotel or tour operator prior to travelling.
Pick Up & Drop Off
The Airport has one designated area for vehicles pickup and drop off. The main road will direct you to the arrival and departure terminals. Passengers, meters, and greeters, as well other Airport users can use the same access. If any unattended vehicles parking for durations exceeding more than three hours in the drop off /pickup areas, it will be towed away at the expense of their owners.
Where Can I Drop Passengers off?
Duqm Airport provides a drop off facility. Vehicles can come from the main road to the drop off area in front of the Passengers' Terminal Building (PTB).
Where Can I Pick up passengers?
To avoid delays at the Airport, please check the status of your desired incoming flight using our flight information section on the main website or from the Oman Airports Mobile app before leaving to the airport. Family, friends, and well-wishers can enter the terminal building to wait for and welcome the arriving passengers in the landside at the terminal building. Passengers can be picked up at the curbside of the Arrival terminal, meet and greet area of the terminal building. Cars can park in the parking area. Alternatively, family, friends, and well-wishers can park their vehicles in the parking area.
