In cases where a passenger has lost their bag or the bag has been replaced, the passenger has to make sure that he/she retains the baggage identification tag that was given to them from the first checking in.
If the passenger’s baggage does not appear in the baggage reclaim belt/carousel, they should proceed to the Transom Baggage Enquiry counter located at the arrivals area. The baggage enquiry counter will assist the passenger and provide a claim reference for baggage retrieval and follow up.
